Lunch with Ruth

We don't get together as often as we used to... Which simply means that our lives are fuller now. Ruth and I are both in school.

But we did "do coffee" Friday. Complete with yummy, filling crepes. And then snoop shopping at Canada's "The Bay" department store. We gathered nice, new socks--just like leaf picking. The colours! The textures!!

Off we went to a never explored section of the store. The $350 per item section. Lots of synthetics. Poor, cheap construction. Many items unlined. Polyester linings in others. Is it EVER a different "view" point when you "know" HOW clothing is constructed, SHOULD be constructed. Even saw front facings that were flapping outwards--not tucked/tacked in :O. Anne Klein got the "best marks", but not A+.

We had a grand 'ole time, like usual--Ruth and I. And we will the next time we (get to) meet ;D
