Matzah to Mitzvah: A Passover Experience for all ages
Sunday, March 10, 2:00-4:30 PM
RHOTO enjoyed a sprinkling of the activities offered:
-Singing your way through your Seder: A musical workshop with Cantor
-Passover Cooking Class, including matzo crackers covered with chocolate chips
-"Clear Out your Chametz!" Food Drive
-Sandwich Making Assembly Line" benefiting a local shelter. You should have SEEN how productive this line was!! AND the paper bags were all decorated by the children in their activity area.
-Refreshments, holiday music and schmoozing!
-Visit the Aron Museum and browse our Gift Shop for a beautiful selection of Passover items

RHOTO had a very fun and enriching experience--Embracing Diversity ;D

Firstly, you must exercise; without proper workout, you can bid goodbye to your dream of having a flat tummy.
My grandma can really feel vindicated at such a claim, she's been saying this all my life. This type of exercise will increase your cardiovascular endurance, improve your flexibility, increase your muscle strength, improve your balance and can actually reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
